At Poojgiftsonline, we want your festival gifts and puja essentials to arrive on time and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak festival seasons (Diwali, Rakhi, Ganesh Chaturthi), processing may take up to 5 business days. We recommend ordering early!

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on orders above a qualifying threshold — check the checkout page for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Poojgiftsonline is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@poojagiftsonline.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at contact@poojagiftsonline.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
