At Pooja Gifts Online, we carefully pack every order to ensure your puja essentials and gifts reach their destination safely.

Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping to serviceable locations across India. Customers overseas can order gifts for delivery to their loved ones in India.

  • Orders are normally dispatched within [processing time] business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery generally takes [delivery time] business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

  • Tracking details will be shared by email once your order is dispatched.

  • Delivery may take longer during festivals, public holidays or unexpected courier disruptions. Please order early for time-sensitive gifts.

  • Ensure the recipient’s address, PIN code and phone number are correct. Contact us promptly if any changes are needed.

For delivery outside India, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and charges.

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please email contact@poojagiftsonline.com, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where available.

An unboxing video is helpful but not mandatory. Please keep the product and packaging where possible and contact us before returning anything.

For confirmed product defects, transit damage or shipping errors, we will cover the necessary return and replacement shipping costs. Replacements are subject to availability; an eligible refund can also be requested.

We do not offer exchanges solely for a change of mind or fragrance preference. Opening a product to inspect it does not remove your rights concerning defects, damage or incorrect items.

The reporting window and exchange conditions above do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
