Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your Causha order, please read our policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
Due to the nature of our products (puja essentials and food-grade items like prasad), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they are damaged or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at contact@poojagiftsonline.com within 3 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please mention this in your email and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened agarbatti, dhoop, or consumable puja items
- Customised or personalised orders
- Items purchased during clearance sales
